I was delivered to the island of Noepe by the merpeople of Nantucket Sound in 1986. My early years were spent creating seashell masterpieces and drawing murals in the sand. Over time I learned to embrace landpeople materials and found myself studying art in the bay state at Wheaton College. After concluding my studies in 2009, I spent the next few years traveling across many different seas, visiting new countries. I have currently settled on the mainland, in the city of roses. Just as I myself wander, so does my craft. Within NOEPE·MADE you will find oil paintings, charcoal drawings, sculptures of clay and paper maché, jewelry, textiles, and whatever else decides to surface. Each place I have experienced inspires and informs my work in some way, but none have resonated as strongly as Noepe.
